abstract = {Several surveys to date have proven not only the value of coaching and coaching psychology, but also the increase in its popularity. In more recent years there has also been an increase in what we now call ‘internal coaching’ by accredited coaches within organisations. This transformation makes the role more suitable for fulfilling the challenge of being an internal coach and we may see more L&D consultants becoming internal coaches. },
