AB  - The aim of this study was to investigate participants’ experiences and views of coaching. A qualitative design was used, the study being part of a larger piece of research on coaching and stress. Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) was used to analyse the data. A main theme that emerged from the analysis was ‘Confidence’.
