On the one had, it advances the practice of organizational coaching through the methodology developed and used by the Center for Executive Coaching in the past years. The ARC Ontological Coaching Process (Back to the Center)© works as a guide for the coach and at the same time as a monitoring tool. On the other hand, it contributes to the proposal of coaching theory, models, and taxonomies derived from professional successful practice, as evidenced in the diverse accounts and testimonials presented.
